About Dr. Linka
From a young age, health was an important part of my life as a whole. I understood that if I didn't put my health at the forefront of everything I did and every action I took, I wouldn't be able to do all the active things in my life that made me happy. This mantra has helped me become who I am today, has shaped my decisions, values and goals to aline perfectly in helping me begin to help others along their health and healing journey.
With a bachelor of arts in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, a doctorate of Chiropractic from CMCC in Toronto and a dedicated yoga practice and teaching background, I have a deep and thorough understanding of the human body and its potential to exceed our expectations.
What inspired me to become a chiropractor is multifaceted. but what has become clear to me after all years of education is that we have an incredible ability to survive and thrive as humans. When we keep the vessel of our body strong and resilient we can accomplish anything, physically, mentally, emotionally We are ready to take on any challenge life throws at you.
I'm a diversified doctor of chiropractic, which means I use manual adjustments primarily, but am also specializing in various technique systems that implement different adjustments and manipulations to help the body heal. Thompson technique, extremity adjustments, and acupuncture are other ways I use my skill set to deliver optimal care to each of my patients.
I love being a chiropractor, teacher, yogi, traveler and admirer of great works. All these add up to a full life which allows me make the most of every day.
